Our Returns Policy

Full credit or refund will be cheerfully issued on any regularly stocked item returned within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by the invoice or cash receipt (conditions may apply, consult your local sales representative).

The returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, complete with the original packaging and all instruction materials. Special orders cannot be returned. Furniture items are non-refundable, unless damaged. If the item is damaged, an exact replacement will be shipped as soon as available.

Printers and some technology products must be completely re-saleable and returned within 15 days or they are non-returnable.

Please note: Warranty calls must be placed with the respective manufacturer. Depending on the type of warranty being provided, the manufacturer will determine the appropriate course of action.
